Sean authored an article titled "Brief Overview of Georgia's Law on DUI, Drug Crimes, License Suspensions & Parole" which can be accessed from his website.

Sean graduated cum laude from North Carolina State University in 1991 and completed law school at Georgia State University in 1995, where he again graduated with honors, cum laude, and was a member of the Law Review.

Upon graduation, Sean accepted a position at King & Spalding, the premier law firm in Atlanta and the Southeast, where he worked for approximately three years in the Products Liability Department as a litigator representing clients such as General Motors and Brown & Williamson, a tobacco manufacturer, in national high profile/high stakes cases.

In late 1998 Sean opened the firm and decided to fight for justice by representing individuals arrested and accused of DUI and crimes and people injured in accidents.
